Important Note: If you develop in android , you still need Android SDK Installed, If you Plan to dev for Iphone you still need to have a Mac or Hackintosh with Iphone SDK, You do not need to develop in ObjC or java, you dev in HTML5,CSS,HTML,Javascript, PHP, etc.
