this dude asked me for money for a private hack and never sent it after i sent the money; and this guy wants to be a MOD.

it was sent through paypal, and i got confirmation that he accepted it. it was only 5 bucks, no big deal, but I dont like being turned into a jackass. If he didnt want to really deal with me he couldve said so.

I don`t know, maybe if he doesn`t give him the hacks or refund him he should be banned..
if he doesn't give you your hacks, then email paypal and tell them about your situation. they should be able to get your money back for you.

Obviously he didn't get it, so use a new email address and send it again. Otherwise you will be banned (probably) because he payed and you didn't give him the hack.
where is the proof that i didnt gave him the hack -.-
