they both are good. but if i had to choose, the g36e valk.

it has high damage and a built in high mag. scope. it has high recoil though. but you can learn to tap-fire and you can control it.

You cant quick scope in CA. Its full zoom in like 0.2 sec

Yes you can quick scope with the G36E in Combat Arms, if thats what you mean.

G36E Valk is EXACT SAME AS REG

Go with CQB

and you can definitely quick scope in CA.
With a sniper, too.
