For payment, he wants NX Prepaid on client's account which he then gift himself half first, half after he finished leveling.
He doesn't spend NX, GP is enough.
In order for him to level you, you must be a trusted member. The rank of your account can't be at CPT or higher.
He'll only leave a game if there's a hacker or if he's lagging.
