... How to record CF frags in HD (720/1080)?
Is it with a program like Fraps?

Use fraps, it comes up as a 10G file, if it's a 15 minute long video. Open Windows Live Movie Maker and select new project place the file in the project select upload as 1080P. Works like a charm, also decreases the file size by alot!

I personally use Fraps and then use SV 10c to Edit.

Using Fraps or Camtasia, you can record in HD.

Fraps, and put like 200 FPS

You get HD by recording with fraps or any program and then going to SV and choosing project properties. Click 730p or something 1024 x 768 29.9 fps is what I use.

720p guys -.- Anyway, if your comp/lappy can handle the game while recording with fraps in replay mode then use Fraps and then render it in Sony Vegas.
