Make a menu so that the user never has to move their mouse. Scrolling to go through hacks and clicking to toggle hacks.

NO CLICKABLE MENUS!!!!
THEY RUIN THE GAME CAUSE I HAVE TO STOP MOVING AND SELECT HACKS
IT IS SO MUCH EASIER TO SCROLL ON YOUR ARROW KEYS!!!!!
