This is DEFINATLY better than your other one =D. It looks good, but what I would try to do, is to step aways from stocks. Also, the text does't really match the Sig, but close :P

Just 3 to 5 layers right? the bg, another bg i can see, some fractal, the render and the text?

no offense, it was a decent picture, but i SUCK at photoshop and i could've done similar to what you did with only around 3-5 layers.
