Recommend CCleaner too, very useful.
You have to make sure you're not running any injectors or hacks at the time of starting the game. If you are using the infamous F-CF hack, then you have to delete it completelyr because it will run automatically in some cases. Turn your Anti-Virus off and try another account which is not banned.
