I got mine from Microsoft ExpertZone but you need to be a retailer to have a account there.
Some assholes have just spammed the system with accounts to get Beta codes and looks like they are out of codes now.
Anyways, today Bulletstorm Epic Edition owners are allowed to play the beta.

Even retailers can't provide keys cuz they're not available anymore in ExpertZone.
