[Help]Recording Crossfire

Hey any tips on FRAPS to not lag or a new program wich give good quality but less lag ? Plz help me .. cumpz

Umm I do, "Seetinggs:" Half Size, 90 FPS.

thats 95% no lag %5 lag

Well, you can close all other programs and check the difference, let only CF and FRAPS running, if this don't work, your PC isn't able to record in Good Quality, so you will have to upgrade this.

try gamebooster or use xfire

Xfire don't have a good quality like FRAPS, I don't recommend.

Use Fraps but do not use too much FPS...
