ok so i go to mall.. i press deposit zp.. then i click 10k zp and this comes up

the problem has been going on for 2 months.. and idk what to do.. anybody can tell me how to fix?

ive tried with chrome, explorer, safari, opera.. still gives me this... i just click on buy 10k zp and without even asking me for credit card details this shows up

This happen to me after i attempt to buy zp, fail 2 times so this apear. i just went to buddiesshop support and they solved. this happens when you fill the information to buy zp incorrectly

If your parents created the account for you, they possibly could've disabled transaction permissions, try making a new account and depositing. If it works then it is your accounts permissions.

hm i have this just report this to [GM]Sadin and they will try and fix the problem

No, it's not about the browser, you can't deposit because they have some security "holes", and they have to fix them before you will be able to deposit any ZP or money. If that's not the case, contact Z8Games Support for any further information...

Try clean up your browser congifs, like Cache and Cookies.

yup and nothin... i try on a new account i created to test it.. and its still giving me the error before i even enter the credit card details just like with the old acc

contact support , or use a diffent browser etc, firefox.

there's nothing you could do. contact z8 support.
