Open "armor enchantment material""
Put clothing in armor enchantment material.
now the tricky part:
Drag your cloth (helmet in this example) over your maestone, like in pic.




Release it above your maestone





And there you go, maestone in armor enchantment material slot.



didnt do any further because i would get banned.
But if u push enchantment it will do Thunder +1.
u can easy put another armor enchantment material flame in your second slot, your maestone is still in there.
u can go to +5 max, but some will break around +3, +5.
Same like clothing +3 is easy doable +4 and +5 is hard to get, but ive seen ppl with +4 and even +5.

Obviously some shitty MMORPG with low rated developers, I doubt you have a section for it. Move it to misc.

EDIT: It's called Maestia, I googled Passive Maestone and found a thread about it.
