Thats a Hardware error. 
Try looking into other forums. I've never seen that hardware error before. Check Microsoft's official site, they should have some error explanations.
You are having a problem between your Graphic Driver and new Memory RAM, try check if don't have any problem on your Memory using in your computer, checkig the model, drivers, ect...
