[Ghost] WebBrowser

Hey kiddos from MPGH. Today I made a WebBrowser. It's not your ordinary webbrowser either. This webbrowser uses a different IP from a proxy everytime you open it. So lets say I'm doing s.u.r.v.e.y.s on z8games and I got credited and I want to do the s.u.r.v.e.y again, well, you just close the WebBrowser then open it up again and *BAM* new proxy!
