Hi i got this problem, Please could anyone tell me how to fix this?
The file is there on all of my Projects and says the same thing :S

Seems like you opened a solution and one of the project linked to the solution is missing. If that's the case, try opening the available projects.
You need to reinstall the .NET framework 3.5
