Minecraft Hamachi Server Admin

Somehow i made myself and all my friends server admins but they can not spawn any items what so ever, unless i type it in Minecraft Server.

We are typing the command right /give <Player> <05> [64]

Yea i did op <name> and it said you are now op. But when i log on server i can't spawn items unless i use server.
