Copyright..?

Is it copyright when you post up a mod from the minecraft forum, but STILL give credits? Wondering, because I found this neat mod that I wanted to post.

u just need to post Credits

You are allowed to post it, as long as you give credits to the original owner. But, if the owner explicitly says that you may not post it anywhere then you are not allowed to post it.
