Get a better cooling system.
Anything below 100C is acceptable. Sure your comp may give off a lil bit of passive heat and it may seem like a lot, but gpus and cpus for that matter are design to stay functional at those temps. You'll also find out, as the OP has, that (as far as I know) drivers for gfx will run the stock fans at a low speed (around 30-40%) hence why you may get some high temps under load. If you don't want a noisy card then you need to sound proof your casing, or get some ek waterblocks, but thats a bit expensive.
