[B]Step 1:
Cleaning and Defragmenting Hard Disk
A) Download Ccleaner
Go to FileHippo.com - Download Free Software
Find it yourself
Next click Ccleaner and click "Download Latest Version"
B) Download Defraggler
FileHippo.com - Download Free Software
and Click Deffragler Find Your Self
Click "Download Latest Version"
C) Run CCLeaner
C1)Click Analyze
C2)After Analyzing Click Run Cleaner
C3)Then Click Registry at the CCleaner Then Click "Scan for issues".
C4)Click "Fix Selected Issues" then choose "no".
Then Close CCleaner.
D)Open Defraggler Then click Defrag.
Then Close Defraggler.
Step 2:
Checking for Drive Errors.
A)Open My Computer, Right click Your Local Disk and Click Properties.
B) On the Tools Tab click "Check Now". Then Check "Automatically Fix System errors" and "Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors "
Then click ok but dont boot your computer already. Lets proceed to the neext step.
Step 3: Registry Editing and Configuring Windows.
A) OPEN REGEDIT click start then run Type regedit in the Box then click ok
B)Type regedit in the Box then click ok.
B1)Then click the + Sign on HKEY_CURRENT_USER
B2)Click Control panel and search for User Preferences Data then double click it.
B3)Change 3e to 28.
B4) Click ok but dont close regedit.
B5) Search for MenuShow Display on Control Panel(Not on "Windows Metrics") Then Double click on it. Change the value to 0. Click ok But dont Close regedit yet.
B6)Click the +sign on Control Panel then choose "Windows Metrics". Double Click "MinAnimate" Then set the value to 0 then close regedit.
B7)Right Click My Computer on Desktop then Choose Properties. Onb the "ADVANCE" tab click "Settings" on the Performance Menu. Uncheck the first 7 BoxesThen click ok then ok again.
Lastly, RESTART your computer then proceed to the next step.
Step 4: Download Any of The FF:
Speed Up.exe

It is .exe file but don't worry it only closes unnecessary programs running. It is safe try to scan it with your antivirus. If you see an error to the screen don't worry it means that the process is not running.
AFTER YOU DONE DOING ALL THE STEPS, NOW TRY TO RUN SF AND THE GAME WILL RUN SMOOTHLY..
