Again.... iPhone 4 help!

So I know that jailbreaking your iPhone is legal, so IF I jailbroke it without downloading apps like install0us but only installing apps like Winterboard etc. (LEGAL) Things can they still say "No, we won't repair your iPhone" if its broke?

It's not what you do with jailbreaking it's just the fact that you jailbroke it that matters theyll refuse to fix your phone if it breaks

just back-up your iPhone on your computer, restore it to its factory settings, get it repaired, and restore to your back-up.
if an iDevice is jailbroken, its botrom is dumped, therefore interfering with the boot-up of the iOS
