Minecraft Multiplayer Issue

I notice when I take stuff from my chests, it brings it back to the original chest.

Example:

I take something from a chest, it stays in my inventory for a second, but then it disappears back into the chest.

Lag.
What are you usign with the sever?
Bukket?
MCAdmin?

It's not my server. So I have no idea.

Oh, then it might be there settings.

or the chest is protected by the server

Protected by a user.

If it does that indefinitely but you dont lag much anywhere else on the server, its protected. Though it would usually tell you if it is though.

But if it does that for blocks that you try to destroy and everything else as well, your lagging.
