[Tool] IP logger

ok, not sure why i made this, but might as well release it.
basicly, enter your internal ip, and a port, and it will save any connections to that port.

again, not sure why i made it, but hey, its another tool...

IP Logger is NOT! a Programming tool.

Let's remember this is the programming section, I spent ALOT of time fixing this section to be what it should be, no warez, not hacks, no hacking guides tutorials etc. There are sections for that.

This section should house.

Development GUI tools.
Development Tools , IDE's, etc.

Any tool to help in the development of applications, websites, etc.
