MPGH Time is Funky
There's something wrong with MPGH time. It doesn't seem to match the real time anywhere on earth. Seriously, look at the bottom of the page, and then look here:

And try to match it to any time on the list.
It seems like it's wrong for every time zone you choose. What's up with this? Is this on purpose, and has anybody ever thought about this before?
