Banned! ;(

Hi there,
I play Maplestory Global.
I got a ban, but i dont know when ill be unbanned,
it has been a month now so i wanna know.
But since im from Europe and i use HotSpotShield, i cant log in through Gamelauncher.exe, so i am always loggin from the site,
So here is my question: Is there some one from america (or just who can play Global without any ip changers).
that can log in for me through gamelauncher.exe and tell me for how long im banned.
I want to trust that someone, so it would be nice if its someone from the MPGH Staff.

I can login without Hotspot Netshield for some reason. But I'm dutch too... so yeah.

Man that sucks Launch a ticket to appeal your ban hope this helps if you haven't Tried it yet
