Help!

How do i let my mcaffee accept hacks like Noob H4x and stuff? So it wouldnt get deleted as a trojan -_-.

turn off it keeps poping up risk of virus and hell no why would i uninstalll -_- and i did google it too much crap and useless stuff :/
