Hispiforce (not friendly)

Some people take things the wrong way, (You'd be suprised) And we don't want suicides around here, DO WE? Of course you don't mind, Your a tough guy. But some people mind. So we all have to remember that people don't like being turned down, So you have to be nice to everyone.. That will get you a lot of respect in life.

Coming to MPGH expecting not to be noticed and flamed to the fullest extent about is the worst assumption ever.

The point here isn't about flaming, it's what's wrong with Hispiforce's moderation.

i havent had any bad encounters with hispi, but from what i gathered Hispi could just be having some bad days. I get annoyed sometimes when people ask me the same thing over and over and by different people too. So i think if you have a legitimate complaint then file it, i dont think its fair to add fuel to the fire.

idono, ive never had an encounter with a bad mod, dave is amazing....and funny, met him playing CA before, arun i don really know but seems like a good guy,,,is hispi the CA mod?cas ive seen him post, usually its helpful, gudsoldier is awesome, hes a cool guy./...../.

In my experience Hispi has been a great mod, and I don't think this is too much of an exception. The fact is, if you look at the context, Hispi might have been nicer if the question wasn't already answered by someone else. He just wanted a comment to close it with, and probably shot to be funny while he was at it.

The other thread referenced appeared to be a hoax.
Honestly, what mod hasn't gotten impatient with the post-patch "flood"?

I would have to agree the guys is always flaming nubs swearing and stuff at people and if you swear back at him and u get a notice you will be banned.
If you don't want to answer newbie hack questions. then go make your own hacking forum and make it private.

Most people who pick on a person who knows less is a bully with power or they are struggling with server personal issues.
Sometimes its a case of being picked on all your life and now you have the power to fuck with people and they cant do shit. I would need a few hours on the couch to get tt the root of his problems. I bet its all above.

i'm moderator on another forum , and let's look what the admin said to us all when he chooses us :

-A moderator must show the GOOD exemple
-The moderator must HELP if someone ask ( or if not directly asked to him , ignore it )
-The moderator should NEVER flame any member
-The moderator must be sure that the thread he is closing/trashing isn't needed anymore

IMO , these are the ''basic'' for a moderator , who ever can't do that shouldn't be one , already , these ''basic rule'' for moderators should be for members that want to become a moderator and/or for members with good respect to others.

If a moderator can't handle the ''rules'' i said , then he shouldn't be up to be a moderator. A moderator flaming , cursing and not helping isn't good at all.

p.s i don't know about that moderator you'r talking about , i'm just stating fact and that could help you to keep him/demod him.
