someone might of hacked your account 
Maybe anyone injected sql into that site, and hacked you'r account.
Also, long way back was in them system a DDos attack, so might is you'r acc banned, or is not avaible??

Well the wrong password thingy is a bug...you have to create a new account , if you still get the error ........ just go back to NA
that means you lost your account
