They're both bad.
Just use the second one.
Aw and if u made the bg put a good texture instead of black

(assuming u didn't make bg so get a new pic or change colour of text

Too hard to read for me. I would suggest throwing a white rectangle on low opacity under the text to off set some of the darker colors in the background image.

the original was a really old piece by that guy so it wasnt that good to begin with
