It was just a placeholder because there were less than 10 people with 5k at the time the rule was made. Not like EVERYBODY with 5k deserves TM, or that TM should be given to anybody who hasn't contributed a hefty amount. TM is basically Super User JR. They're both Honorary Titles for people who've done lots of work for MPGH, be it special minions, outstanding mods, Gmods, staff admin (sa is Liz and Obama's group only).

@OP, i'm not going to sound harsh, but if you continue to do the things you do on MPGH, you'll never get TM.
