Its not possible. You can install a skin, but nobody else will see it, and everyone will look like you.

I know that but i was just asking if there was a possible way Thank you and also is there a Minecraft group i can join im really good at constructing,pixel art?

Did you miss the part where I said its not possible? To get other players to see it you have to upload it at the Mojang website to your profile. You need a premium account to do that.

YOu will need a premium account to upload a skin to the mojang servers, then everyone will see your skin
like @Heartview said, if you install it in the minecraft.jar file, no-one will see it and everyone will look like you
