My ISP allows me to change it myself through my modem, I don't know about anyone else, though.

Well, what I did when I had a static IP was

In cmd,

ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew

Guess ill have to phone my internet provider and tell them to permanently change my ip address.
Covering my ip with proxy to me is just anoyying.

You can just farm gold... n buy nx with it in game.. there are nx sellers selling like 10k nx for cheap... like a couple of mils or trade of items...

A couple mill will easily just replace my lost item, so that's kind of out of the question. I'm currently just going to spam the market with shiny leathers.
