Pour hand sanitizer into a jar/bowl and freeze it over night, scrape off the tips of red match sticks, come back to the hand sanitizer the next day and scrape off the top layer and collect it, whatever froze is water and whatever didn't is isopropyl, you're going to want to collect all the isopropyl. Take the pile of match sticks you scraped up (phosphorus) and put it into a jar of distilled water and shake it up. Put the jar of phosphorous solution into a blender with the isopropyl that you collected and blend that shit. Once you're done pour what you have into a glass bowl and light it on fire. Inhaling the fumes will make you hallucinate
