.NET Framework v4 ?!?!?!

i have xp and it wont let me download .net framework v4. and most hacks neew it how do i make it work! please help thanks for all those that try to help

yea i have vista and i needed to download that too...and it worked perfectly fine...but i also have an xp..i never tried on it...
