When everyone send ticket to nexon about it they say its our internet connection -_- always happens to me to.

Just a simple restart should work.
I tried it once and it worked.

There is no sure fire way to fix it. Sometimes restarting will fix it, but eh. And if Nexon told me my connection was bad, i'd run down there to cali and start cracking heads 
Yeah you just have to restart CA, and let the clan page load before clicking anything else.
