My friend just bought 50K zp

he got all characters except SIA

he only got 1337 gp

what should he do with it?

He Should Get SIA

You can't do anything with 1337 GP.

i should tell him buy 120 2x with SIA?

say him to save it to 2000gp and buy a crate :P
or save it to buy a good weapon....or repair guns...

Buy a grenade at 3K gp if needed

Get the new character and EXP+ items

Just save it.
