I guess it's still avaliable as I see people superknifing from time to time. Although as BustaRap said "You need someone kind of bypassing program / method." That is a fact. Although if you really want to make a superknife. I suggest you learn model editing as you change settings of weapons and all kinds of other stuff, see what you can make out of it. Good Luck!
