He surrounded my chest with all my stuff in it with furnaces and protected the furnaces so now i can't access my chest. He also griefed many other people. Please ban, its been a long time and he is still not banned.

Why didn't you have region protect?

Can't ban without proof, and you may want to ask arunforce to unlock the furnaces.
