An easy way to make cash even if your level 20 or you just need cash,(not including using bots or a smart place for melee bot) go to edgville, Varrock, and go down in the dungeon next to the yew trees. go all the way back until you come up to a wilderness gate, go to the chaos druids(don't worry only level 2 wild so you can't get attacked)collect the herbs, for better cash don't collect the

Grimy marrentill,
Grimy tarromin,
or Grimy guam. (i've made up to 260k an hour, i would buy a ring of wealth just incase, and it does improve your % for getting better items now).

Chaos Druids north of Ardougne are closer to a Bank
You can get around 300K/Hr from them, quite nice for Pures. Although Membership is required ...

I wouldnt say this for begginers this is a very long process of earning money unless you are having a lucky day getting good drops but i used to do it take me 1 hour to get like 50 k.. >.> If you guys are lvl 70 + go to the wilderness go to green dragons and there bones are worth 5 k and green d hide are worth 3 k with a full invertory with stuff is about 80k for me lvl 70 takes 15 min.... another way if you have 2.5 mil money on GE buy as many shards for 20gp each or 21gp if you can buy any then go tanoth and theres a guy who will buy shards for 25gp this proccess is very quick and the profit is about 400 k. When i had 10 mil i bought 10 mil of shards then sold them for 25gp at this guy that was a 2.6 mil profit and it goes up and up. PM if you want more ideas how to earn money.
