bypass dowload

guys im really nub at this and i was wondering to i save the file or open it? and another thing do i need to download that C++ thngy?
and also do i just need to download harolds bypass and i can hack or do i need t download somehting else?

I suggest you just dont hack...are you kidding me... you want to save the file then do what the instructions say on the forums.
