Minecraft server no lagg

Hey guys i just made my minecraft server is on 1.5_02 and works great but i need help with permissions i got the portals to work and everything but i cant make normal players make it and go in it only OP can and i dont know why and i would like to know if anyone wants to help me fix that if u want email me at razvanopran@gmail.com or PM me here. My PC is i7 3.2gig
Ram:8GIG ddr3
Video Nvidia gtx 580
Interent: 100mb Download 50mb upload
