HelpBuy menu

Hey guys,
i need a buy menu for my new mod. I tried to copy it from QCZM but i dont know how it works (scrolling etc). I need a menu to buy perks / killstreaks. Can someone give me a tutorial about this?

Get Zeros admin menu and change the functions?
or
Get it from a zombie mod
but dnt forget to give creds to whoever made the menu
