mod bypass error?

I got mod bypass program thing but i cant find a good tutorial on how to use it i tried but i just get an error message when I use it.
It says it cannot find the specific file needed even though I used the steps I was told too? can anyone make a good tutorial on how to use?

If your using the mod I think your using, then you need to double click the text box and select the path that your newly created folder (with extracted REZ inside) is in.
