I never use gamebooster cuz it makes my Crossfire lag 
I use TuneUP utilities 2011 Turbo Mode. My ping FPS goes from 87 ---> 250

Could be that you play on a crossfire server where you got a bad ping...
Or your internet connections isn't good enough...

turn off any other programs that ur not using like msn skype etc
