Try remove unused programs of you'r computer.
Also if you running tuneup/gamebooster/smartclose, check always in the taskmanager, what you can close.

Do You still have Gamebooster?
You may have closed gamebooster, but it still runs... Go to task manager, click application tab, then close gamebooster. It may not be called gamebooster but it has the gamebooster icon next to it.

ok i try cc cleaner tune up smart close game booster advance sytem care nothing worked...... i dont use game booster any more.
