Hai this is just a suggestion. Make an automated message to the person who has reported into his inbox, after you have read the report?

I don't understand you fully

I doubt that will be made, just saying. I don't think there's an easy way to implement that with the current method of handling reports (deleting them once they've been delt with)

@Ravallo Suppose I send in a report, then a staff reads it. They will make it as "read" And an automated message will be sent to me saying "Thank you for your report, we will be handling it shortly." Or something along those lines.

Well the Reports are being sent to every Moderator in the concerning Section, which means Reports are handled within a couple of hours mostly.
