HELP ME!

i logged in on combat arms this morning and i had get banned on a player.

so i made a new account and i were banned on that to without playng!

i think i have ip bann! can i never more play then?

plz help me

i got ip ban abouth 15 times but after 1-2 days i dont have it anymore... i dont know how but i just dont have it.... make another account and try to log in with this account after 1-2 days
