How to begin VB.NET
So im pxpc2 showing how to begin coding Vb.Net.
First open Visual Studio, to get it, download from Microsoft Express Downloads - Visual Studio Express and SQL Server Express
Then open it
-Create a new windows form app
-In the toolbox that stays beside your FORM (the window or app design), search for Button, and add it to the design by double clicking or simple dragging.
-Double click the button and write under Public class:
MessageBox.Show ("Hello World (or any text you wish)"
-If you want for the new window opend saying hello world after clicking the button to have your title, instead of the first code, write:
MessageBox.Show ("Hello World", THE TITLE HERE")
Now click on the green arrow in the top of the program and it will debug, then run the application
Click on the button you created and it will appear a new window with the title you wrote and with the message (probably hello world)
