[Help] characters in the same account

is it possible to use the characters in the same nexon account or do i have to make another account?

You mean with different instances of the game?

If so you can use the same ones in a single account.

the dual thing keeps disconnecting me

You cannot log on your SAME account you can create another account and log on that.

ex. Main:ThisIsNotReal is the account. You cannot log into ThisIsNotReal account 2x times.
You CAN however log on as ThisIsNotReal account and make another account and log on that

Log in 1: ThisIsNotReal
Log in 2: ThisIsAlsoNotReal

I hope I made it simple enough that you would be able to understand.

when i start vindictus with or without the hacks i get a message saying

Launcher error
HackingTool : Undetected hacks

and i start getting disconnected from the game after a while even when i use 1 instance until i uninstall process hacker with control panel

Nope. It will only allow you to log in once. If you try logging in with a different computer or sandboxing it will disconnect the first log in.

You'd have to create another account if you want to play with two characters at the same time.

Same thing happens to me when I try running two instances =/
