I think he meant it as "atomic bomb" to imply the amount of damage / the radius of damage the nades do.

Just use a switch and use another decrypter to get all the data. I couldn't find the algorythm eighter :P.

It's encrypted really badly, try messing around with the decrypter, you'll see.
