And have u tryed proxy? (if the page has blocked with inthernet: www. runescape-proxy.com/ i use it on school Even my laptop cant get to rs directly on school lol :P)

Maybe u have blocked it with hosts? To check that, go to: C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc and "hosts"
and open it with notepad. If there is runescape then just delete it there, then u will be able to get to runescape.

Well, this is it.

if youre stuck at the font page try to type it wright.. ore try loging in true epicbot ore somthing and play true there.
if ure stuck at loading try installing the rs launcher thing. so you can start true desktop.

Looks like you downloaded some infected Ddosser/Auth generator. Some of them will block all your Runescape related sites, in order to prevent you from changing the password.

ive got every thing installed the new java update as-well i tried to download a bot when it closed and ever since i cant get on the site at all it disconnects one i reach the front page
